Checkout and Returns Policy

We do not accept returns except where required by law for books.


If you are unsatisfied with the content of a book, feel free to sell it to a used bookstore or donate to a library or a reader in need.


If a book arrives damaged, please email us at ryan [at] ryanhoytauthor . com and provide pictures of the item and the packaging it came in along with a description of the issue and we’ll do what we can to make it right, which would likely mean sending you a replacement.


Digital purchases such as eBooks and audiobooks are delivered through a third party, BookFunnel. Your name and email address are shared with BookFunnel in order for them to be able to deliver the eBook or audiobook content to you. You are not required to create an account with BookFunnel to receive or download your digital content, though this is recommended for audiobooks. No payment or physical address information is shared with BookFunnel whatsoever.
